Insufficient funds

Has anyone been able to withdraw money from from Bitstamp or is just a scam? I have more than 3 months with “Insufficient funds” error when I try to withdraw.
I tried to contact support from app and I never get an answer.

    Do you have open orders ? Might be the reason.

    Didnt try to withdraw fiat, did withdraw some btc though , but it took weeks. I bought $100 to test the waters, by the time I got it , It was about $60 worth ha
