XLM withdrawal issue

Hello,
I’m facing a problem after I have withdraw my XLM to another platform. Transaction was confirmed, Address/Memo was correctly added but nothing happened since 2h for now…The transaction ID from the receipt received cannot be found on the Stellar network.
Any clue to solve this problem?🙂
