Account blocked, no reply for 2 weeks

Bitstamp customer since 2017 (7 years now), completed KYC without issues until they decided to block my account for no reason. I barely make 1-2 deposits per year.
Sent all requested information, including personal details such as salary slips, contracts, bank account confirmations, screenshots from other exchanges and still no resolution.
All information provided almost 2 weeks ago and not a single answer. Ticket status says they wait for my reply, when all requested info was provided long ago without any response from their team.
Already looking for legal advise, however beware before you use this exchange for your crypto. Never had such issues with other exchanges, so this service is appalling.

Situation here with 200k worth of both EUR and crypto.
They did AML , asked a list of questions primarily and documents. I answered and provided all documents then they started asking all kind of different questions and other documents which I provided also.
At one point they were asking the same thing even if I clearly provided that above. It was like talking to a robot. Also a lot of invasive questions that have nothing to fo with the primary list. Like source of funds deposited im crypto from 2017. And these funds amusingly where deposited through them where I bought crypto. I told them that and even provided bank statement from the bank I used back then. I had to contact that bank where I dont have an account anymore and they provided me a 2017 full bank statement that I provided to Bitstamp.
Now they ignore me after 1 week and blocked my withdrawals but not deposits. I deposited in the meantime without knowing that.
I don’t want to make a big deal out of it, but I will if it isnt resolved in 24 hours simce I am losing a big advanced payment on a car that I wanted to buy. Will have no choice of contacting even a lawyer.
Mentioning that I will still want to use them if this is resolved fast.
