Bitstamp 2-Factor issues

I am on a 6-hour lockout right now. I have done the requirements for uploading a photo ID and still can’t get in. Tried 2-factor off and on. I have NOT had this much issue with my other Crypto accounts.

Which 2-Factor is best with Bitstamp and where can I get the QR Scan?

    Usually our users use Google Authenticator or DUO app. I suggest you wait until your account is automatically unblocked and before you try to log in do the following:

    * clear your browser cache
    * delete your browser history
    * delete the cookies
    * try using a different web browser
    * try using a different device (computer, smartphone, tablet)

    In addition also make sure there are no empty spaces at the beginning or at the end of the password in case you are copying and pasting it. If that doesn’t help PM me and I’ll help you out.

    I am not able to receive the SMS verification with the 4 digits passcode, tried multiple times with no success, any help?
