Support ticket #BIT-790686 I did not get ETH transaction on Bitstamp account.

I did the transaction from Binance 10 days ago:

But did not get ETH on my Bitstamp account still. 
6 days ago I made a call to support and my ticket was moved to high-level department. 

Any news there?
