Limited options to deposit money

I’m trying to deposit some money but the reasonable options are taken:

* ACH transfer does not work with Wells Fargo for me, I get the message “Your account could not be connected because the multi-factor authentication method it uses is not currently supported”
* Credit card transfer is down for as long as I’ve been checking (I didn’t see any word about when this is coming back!)

I’m not about to do a wire transfer because my bank charges me a bunch and Bitstamp charges me a fee. So what’s going on?
