My funds have been missing for almost 3 weeks and I am not getting the requested support.

I made a withdrawal to my bank on July 27th, and BitStamp confirms the payment was made successfully.

Due to a missing code in the payment reference, my bank is unable to identify the payment, and the only way they can trace is with an official trade confirmation from BitStamps bank.

I have been asking them for this document for weeks, and they keep side-stepping the request and giving me more and more information that my bank cannot use.

I’m getting extremely frustrated with BitStamp support and their lack of understanding in helping me locate my funds.

Can anyone here be helpful in finding a contact person who may help?
