So yesterday I started a wire from inside canada. The routing code was to Silvergate Bank, California (CA); SIVGUS66XXX via 322286803. My bank called me today and said the wire was cancelled and the reciever stopped it and has now started a process to return my money, what’s going on with your guys wire accounts and why cant I just wire straight to you guys from Canada? Regardless, I simply passed them the information my bitstamp deposit gave me yesterday. The teller who actually performed it for me has helped me wire money to you guys numerous times. Shes currently seeing if theres any more information about the stopped wire but now I’m down a good chunk of change in fees which is totally on you guys, not our mistake.

Where do I wire this money? Can I just convert to euros and send it to somewhere in Belgium?

What’s going on?
