Unable to Change Credit Card Info

I tried to make a purchase in the past using my debit card. It used to work but now I get an error stating that my bank declined the transaction. I added another card and got the same error. I am now unable to remove one of the cards to try another. How do I remove a credit card that Bitstamp is saving?

    Open a ticket and they will ask you to submit a ton of info and more “proof”. Funny that they didn’t need any of that when you added the cards in the first place..

    Garbage like this is why i stopped using them.
