I have a big problem!

My account is blocked. I have already send you all documents that you need, but I didn’t receive any answer from you. I am still waiting for reply and unblock. MY TICKET #BIT-21831

    Same with me. It’s been a week and I have sent in all required to unblock account. Customer service does not respond!

    Hey u/tb8008, according to our logs your case has already been escalated to the appropriate department. You may be assured that as soon as they review your provided documents they will reply to your open ticket. I suggest you continue the correspondence there.
