Just writing in with an utter disappointment that I woke up one day seeing my account has its “trading disabled” and the next thing I knew, my account got terminated?
Note that I emailed customer support trying to understand why this happened etc, but all I received was just a termination email when I have NOT broken any rules and the crypto being traded on this account is purely independent…..?
Come on Bitstamp? I’ve read multiple reviews of this happening to others as well but it’s just a disappointment that there is **NO DISCUSSION** or verifications of documents etc before a decision is made? How is that fair to us consumers?
