Hello everyone, i tried to make a bank transfer in my bitstamp account using GrabrFi but when i put the bank account’s credential who gave me bitstamp i had this error:

“Undeliverable address. Double check the address you provided and try again. If the address is correct, contact support and we’ll look into this for you.”

What could be the address in this case? I used this one: Bitstamp Global Ltd, Banco Popular Building, Road Town, Tortola VG1110, British Virgin Islands
