Bit more reason with verification when talking to support
My current dealing with support. Needed something, so take a selfie with written note etc. in HD quality. Okay. Given nature of light in EU (no sun in place where I live) it was a bit difficult, but did one decent. That was one issue, which was solved to my “happiness” (as much happy as I can be after having 6k EUR stolen, rite..).
I had two original requests, when I pointed out I needed one more thing, guess what.. make another selfie. Like, guys.. you got one 6 days ago, its part of same conversation. Who do you think I am, 15 yr old?
Wish you needed selfie for withdrawals over 1k EUR. 😀 That could have save me. /jk
