Bitstamp Account Has Been Frozen For Three Months No Help Or Resolution

My bitstamp account has been frozen for about three months now. I have called support and sent service tickets but they have only told me that another department is handling and they are working on it. This has been a terrible experience. If the exchange can arbitrarily lock an account like this I would not recommend using it

I use it almost 9 years without problems. I think you are lucky one to get your account frozen.

Update- unfortunately they are still “working on it” no resolution thus far
Please don’t use Bitstamp they simply terminated my account after five months of having it frozen now.
