Bitstamp blocked my withdrawal as well as trading!

Bitstamp blocked my withdrawal without explanation. I am a Bitstamp user since 2019, mining ETH to the exchange address. KYC full.

    They did the same to me it’s almost two weeks now with my money stuck in the app I couldn’t take my money I think this app is a scam and they are trying to rip people off there hard earned money

    KYC passed a few years ago

    They say they have sent an email with explanations before, but I haven’t received any emails. Trades and withdrawals are blocked.
