BitStamp have lost my bank deposit for 500 euro and than terminate my account

I have been operating without problems for a couple of years on BitStamp, then a deposit in euros from my Italian bank to my Bitstamp account is lost and my account is terminated
after I sent an email asking to find my money I receive a standard account closure email where support don’t told how soon I will get my money back and even worse they don’t told how much money I will receive, because I had 150 euros in BTC on my online account plus the 500 lost, so I still don’t know if they have found the 500 euros they have lost
in the email sent to BitStamp I have attached 3 PDF documents generated by my bank where all the codes are shown as proof that the transfer has been made and has arrived correctly at BitStamp
please someone give me a minimum of attention, all this is at least crazy doesn’t it seem?
