I made my first deposit on 1 September and had a follow up videocall and sent them all the documentation they require by the the 7th of September. It is now day 41 since I have had access to my funds!!! Is this normal? I have used Kraken and 2 other exchanges before and have never had an issue like this before. Can an exchange just hold on to my funds like that, disabling my withdrawal or trading function. (I can’t even cancel my account?!?!) I can do nothing with my funds? It is held captive in Bitstamp? I have opened tickets and have called them, but the support personal cannot help. they keep saying, they will update as soon as possible….But really!!! 41 days today without my funds??? How can this be possible from a so-called “trusted” exchange. If anyone can please assist me with some advise I will greatly appreciate. As I cannot get to someone higher up than the support?

    I am on day 46 now without access to my funds!! Apparently my ticket is showing as high priority, and that since day 10? I can’t get passed support to anyone else with answers. It is soo frustrating. I am shocked to see a crypto platform can just hold onto my funds like that and taking away my access to it?? Please help anyone with advise! I need access to my funds at Bitstamp.

    It definitely a scam,I tried to withdraw money and there are telling me to pay 20% according to IRS,I almost fell for that too after paying $35k before I came across someone testify about the same platform,so I ask her how she get her money back from them,she the introduced me to this specialist EDWARDMNITNICK on there official instagram page will forever appreciate you sir.
