I urgently need anyone that can advise me. I am a retired teacher trying to earn an extra bit to supplement my pension. And somehow, my deposit got flagged or something, I don’t know? I have used kraken for years now without issues. I sent bitstamp all my documents and had a videocall. I received an email stating my account was fully verified. But yet, I don’t have access to my funds? It feels to me, I have either been forgotten or somehow an error occurred on their side? How can I be verified and yet, my withdrawals still disabled? I have sent support and complaints multiple emails, but they cannot assist me. It is day 60 today!!! It feels like I have hit a wall… and don’t know how to get over it? I desperately need my funds. Please, anyone assist with advise!
