Hej everyone,

my account got verified 2017! Since they changed their policy they, again verified all my documents on the 22nd of january. Now since the 1st of February, they say they need additional documents. (like source of other crypto exchanges? aint their business right ?) and froze ym whole Account without any warning. I have contacted the support and they only answer once in 2 weeks. I am dependend on that money since I am still a student. I have been on that exchange since 3 years, how can it be possibled that they are holding hostage my whole account ? People should be aware of those practices

    I understand our KYC processes can be bothersome, but we conduct KYC in order to meet our regulatory requirements. It also helps us provide a safe and stable trading environment for our users.
