Bitstamp not responding to tickets

Can you guys please tell me how many mounts does it take before your technical department looks at a open ticker? Or is it years? or never?

    Don’t send your personal information or ticket number through a third party website. You could get scammed. Call them directly. Someone should be able to answer all your questions.
