Bitstamp recall Crypto lending

There are multiple reports that recalling assets from Bitstamp Earn takes ages to be processed.

I have called bitstamp support since I’ve been waiting for 4 days for my recall of assets.
They told me that the technical department is looking into this. Can bitstamp provide an official communication about this issue?

What is the problem, how long will it take before our recalls are being processed, … .

    My Bitstamp account and withdrawals were blocked. I submitted all the ticket numbers and proof of funds. I also want to know how long the review will take?

    Hello,

    I have the same situation. I recalled my xrp in 17 & 18 november. Still waiting for it. I also opened a ticket after 2 days and there is no response yet. Previously i recalled and it was done in 24 hours. This is not good fir bitstamp users.

    Hi everyone. Just want to share. , I recalled my XRP on16 th and just recieved completely today , so don’t worry , i thought you just have to wait .

    usually they want more info about you and KYC info if they are holding back on your withdrwal, had the same problem many times before . at one point I wasnt even allowed to trade .
