Bitstamp scam or not?

On 22 December I sent a transfer from Binance to Bitstamp, the transfer was confirmed and you could clearly see on the Ripple-chart that it had arrived at Bitstamp. However, I found out that I sent the wrong destination tag.

And then I did the following: I made a ticket #309721 with Client id: fgta7602 and clearly explained what had gone wrong. I sent 2 photos and a Txid to help them get started. I thought if I gave them enough information, this could be solved quickly.

I have read on the site that they are currently very busy, so I have quietly and patiently waiting. I have a lot of understanding for this situation and give them a little bit of time.

To be sure that they would receive my message and start reading it, I created a new ticket again on 3 January. I had not heard from them yet. This I have done with double feelings because they clearly indicate on their site that they are very busy. I am still very patient and have a lot of understanding for the situation.

We are now 18 days further, and I have not really heard anything from Bitstamp yet. Not even that they are currently very busy.

My patience is now starting to run out, I do not hear anything, and I also do not know if they have received my messages.

Do they still live there? Or should we start worrying?

Is there anyone who also has this experience? I just want to know if they are working on it and how long it could take

That is not so much asked if you want to wait patiently?
