It has been 80 days since I had access to my funds on Bitstamp!! Support can’t assist further. I can’t get referred to someone after support. Like hitting a brick wall. I have no explanation as to the reason. I was fully verified upon depositing my funds and again received an email stating that I am verified a week after. I had the videocall and sent all the documentation they required…and yet…still nothing!! I wish I could just get some decent feedback as to the process or what is needed to get access to my funds again! Anyone that has advise, please send me a message!!

    Get out now while you can. This exchange does NOT have a good reputation amongst reputable traders.
