Bitstamp withholding customers’ fund

Its been over 21 days since Bitstamp withheld my funds and blocked me from trading. I don’t have access to my funds and customer service also has no idea what’s happening. I think maybe they were affected by the FTX issue or any one of the crypto avalanche happening right now. Who has any idea what’s happening? and guys please be careful with these exchanges.
