can i withdraw via sepa every month?

i remember some time ago i was asked by bitstamp if i planned to withdraw more than 7 times a year, i didnt think much of it back then, but now i would like to know if it is ok to withdraw via sepa every month or if i should withdraw 7 or less times per year.
