Can not get my tokens back after one year of discussion with Customer Service
Last year I moved some ETH from Bistamp to another service and when sending back,
I used Bitstamp sending address marked not my bitstamp account address.
Contacted the service to see how to resolve this.
Having some decades of experience in IT and finance I understood that time maybe required to settle this.
Now we are approching 1 year, yes 1 full year and I never get feedbacks.
Each time I contact them, I got some response like

* “We escalated priority to critical”
* “Complexe ops that require many experts”
* “Technical teams is working on it”
* “No response from them”
I also tried to contact Bitstamp by reddit and get some infos about a coming feedback but 20 days later still silent.
Moved my funds elsewhere because I am now thinking that I will never see my token back.
Bitstamp Lucas can you help and ask again ?
