Cannot trade my usd for btc

I’m trying to trade for bitcoin and send to my trust wallet to use for investment. It has been 18 days with many emails and calls and no results. I even sent pdfs of the bank paperwork. Please get my account unfrozen as my money is legitimate!

    Yikes not a good look Bitstamp. If I was you I would contact my bank and do a chargeback 18 days is a loooong time. Goodluck
