Can’t add Bank account for Withdrawals, while I could deposit from this bank.

Dear Bitstamp,

I made a deposit from my bank account about a month ago. Now I want to withdraw some cash for my holidays, but I need to add a bank account for withdrawals, when I try to add my bank account it gives an error message. Also in my settings it states that your bank account should be added once you have made your first deposit, which it did not do. Could someone please help fix this issue? I was hoping to get my own money before I go on holiday. Thanks!

Ps. Just a rant, but it’s always so frustrating how easy it is to deposit your money, the moment you want to withdraw a lot of issues pop up… Shouldn’t be the case, and will continue to give crypto a bad name.
