Hi, I’ve come to add my experience to what looks like a normal experience at Bitstamp – depositing my money onto the platform and never seeing it again.

I’m in the U.K., and I think this subreddit alone ought to be evidence for the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to look into.

I deposited £100 into my bitstamp account 2 weeks ago. It has not been credited to my account. I have raised a ticket several times since then. I have had no contact from Bitstamp. It appears they are keeping my money for themselves.

    What a sick heist, 100 quid! The whole office must be partying on a yacht right now.

    It will get fixed, their support is just really bad and slow, but they are fair.

    Same here, made a deposit mistake which would be easy to resolve but they just do nothing
