Cannot Purchase Anything

Just recently opened an acc in NY and purchased Xrp. When I tried to purchase more a few days later, all methods available did not work – Google pay, Credit card, nor bank transfer. Waited a few days and still the same. Sent a message via the app and had no response. Anyone else experiencing the same?
