does bitstamp feel laggy right now or is it just me?

I just noticed the order book is not updating correctly… I put a xrp sell in for 0.415 and didn’t get filled because the orderbook was already under 0.41 after I refreshed the page manually ..

    I am sorry to hear that your sell order was not filled out at the price you set. The price is very volatile and can change instantly. In the future I suggest you use an instant sell order that executes immediately under the current price on the market.
