Hello,

Please, please, someone who works for bitstamp that is willing to help me with the status of my withdrawal, ID 6007801, the status of the operation in Bitstamp is Finish (1 of april) and by the date (14 OF APRIL), the transaction is not being reflected in my bank. If someone can answer me, giving me the ticket number of the bank operation in order to track it that will be really usefull.

Please i need your help, where is my money? I have written several Emails, I have call several times as well ,and unfortunately no one seems to care or to give a professional and diligent answer about the withdrawal status.

I don´t know what to do. PLEASE HELP ME, otherwise i´ll be forced to ask for legal advice to complain and inform authorities because this situation is intolerable, we are talking about my life savings guys.

My last ticket number is TICKET #BIT-168352.

    Bitstamp,

    I understand you are one of the oldest cryptocurrency exchanges there are.
    You guys in the people that run that Exchange should be shameful about the crap that goes on.
    You let people sin their hard-earned money in order to buy cryptocurrency and hold it on your exchange and when it comes time to cash out you don’t want to let them do it, you guys want to play around with the money.
    It is my understanding that Disney in America is buying bitstamp. It is in your best interest to get your shit together because attorneys here in America they love the suit of hell out of everybody and anybody.
