My cryptocurrency withdrawals are currently disabled

I need to withdraw my btc (bought in Bitstamp) and it shows a message “Your cryptocurrency withdrawals are currently disabled”. I sent I mail to support a lot od days ago without any response and later I also opened a ticket without any answer… Should I start to worry?

    I had the same, after a month or so they deleted my account transferring only a part of my wallet value to my bank account. 1800 euros in Bitcoin becoming 1400 euros because of transaction fee, big scam.

    A feu minutes ago I have received an answer and they say that I can sell them and withdraw the money but not the btc… They also want me to phone them (spain to ??) Are they going to pay the call??
    I don’t understand anything
