Deposits sent without a reference number

My previous 2 deposits in last 2 working days have all been credited same day. However this time I accidentally sent the deposit without a reference, and because I sent it later, possibly as non-SEPA. Anyone have similar experience? Name and transaction amount is consistent so I hope it can be correctly credited, but seeing some support wait times I am wary.
