Many of us our locked out of our bitstamp accounts due to issues with our 2FA authentication. We understand the back-log of support tickets that Bitstamp is plowing through, but you would think that support tickets like these would have priority.
You can imagine the frustration is mounting for people like me with this issue. My support ticket #51976 has not been replied to in about two weeks. Can you address this issue?
Side note: I don’t think i have ever been locked out of an account for more than an hour, let alone two weeks. So this is a first for me.
