Bitcoin Withdrawal is currently unavailable for your account

Please I need urgent help, After verification, I made a transfer to my Bitstamp account through SEPA after it was successful. I decided to transfer my Bitcoin to another wallet. After adding wallet, it says “Bitcoin Withdrawal is currently unavailable for your account”. Today is the seventh day and nothing yet has been done. I have been speaking to Marko S and he has not been helpful, Keep saying they are working on my issue without nothing been done. Please I need the coins urgently or my money should be refunded to me. I really don’t know why would I be struggling to withdraw my own coins? This isn’t fair and it is frustrating to say the least.

    I have exactly the same problem, seems everybody got the same error when trying to withdraw funds or money, incredible

    Me too, I bought btc with them and now they doesn’t allow me to withdraw them…
