I sent an XRP deposit to the XRP/BTC address instead of the XRP address by mistake…..

    Yes it can, you haven’t lost anything. Just open a support request explaining your mistake and they’ll sort it out. May take a bit of time but that’s absolutely fine u/bruce21b
