Withdrawal facilty blocked but I can still trade?…🤔

My account which is less than 2 weeks is blocked to withdrawal and your support keeps telling me they working on it and nothing is happening? I feel robbed and scammed, like bitstamp is misappropriating my money. I’m telling everyone I know. DO NOT USE BITSTAMP it is a scam.
