    Does Bitstamp have a policy to add new coins in the future? Seems to be lagging behind with 6 coins. Would be bad for customers to move to other exchanges because you do not have the top 10+ coins by market cap.

    Nobody responds to email other than the auto response saying someone will respond. Tomorrow marks one week.

    Your password change “feature” is broken. I suggest NOBODY change their password in response to the prompt.

    I have been waiting 21 days for my withdrawal, was processed on Oct. 24th. Why is it taking so long? This is getting ridiculous.

    Because I changed my address on my bank account , on withdraw bitstamp asked me to provide a new proof-statment or bill
    I have looked in my account 180627 and can not find to change details on my withdrawal bank account?

    Absolutely F***ING ridiculous how you are holding my funds for ransom!
    Outrageous KYC which I am pretty sure violates all kids of GDPR (I guess you DGAF as you’re outside the EU) but still unable to unlock my account to I can withdraw my funds and leave your Piece of S**T exchange.

    To anyone else even thinking of using this exchange: AVOID LIKE THE EFFING PLAGUE!!!!
