Got problem with depositing
So i deposited with other card and i answer the support ticket after half year now i wanted to deposit 100€ but they want to see the old card number with the owner holds writing on paper (for bitstamponly with date it was taken) and your old card together i have 5 days to confirm it and i odont know how when the old card is destroied and outdated like what should i do seems like the support ticket doesnt even work tried to send the picture of it and there is still waiting for reply my ticket :

I tried to withdraw 8.2eth from my bitstamp account to deposit them in another platform Celsius. However after checking the Etherscan for detailed status, it was found there is a kind of “intermediary Bitstamp 2 address” receiving the 8.2eth instead.pls return my ETH!
