    Hi. As the disclaimer on our deposit page states: “This MATIC address is for Ethereum (ERC-20) deposits only. Do not send MATIC from other chains, such as Binance Chain (BEP-2), or your deposit may be lost.” – We only support transactions sent via ERC20.

    As this is an incorrectly deposited crypto case, the recovery process is complex and time-consuming. Our tech team will try to recover your funds but in same cases it’s not possible to do so.
