Inseficient funds

Trying to withdraw MAX BTC coming up with insufficient funds error. But it takes the fees from amount automatically?

I called support who said I should try with a smaller amount but when I tried 50% it was the same fee? 0.00050000 I think.

Usually fee are at percentage aren’t they?

I didn’t do any transfer yet.

Any help ? Am I misunderstanding something?

    Hi! Its a know issue – which is really annoying and I hope for Bitstamp to fix it. When you try to withdrawal max it really tries to withdrawal max. So there is no btc for fee available and this error occurs. If you try to withdrawal your max you need to manually enter like 97/98% of your balance
