Hello Bitstamp, been a customer for a few years, love to see you grow and improve.

That said, why do you have limited functionality for new coins?

For example, I was happy to see COMP listed on Bitstamp. I went ahead and made a bigger purchase recently and then quickly learned I cannot set a stop loss (stop sell order)… this really makes me nervous about the taken trade right now.. so I will probably move the COMP to another exchange..

Why don’t you offer stop loss on COMP? When do you plan to introduce SL for COMP?

    Hi u/unikatniusername! For now, only limit order is available for COMP. As soon as the COMP order book gathers sufficient liquidity, we will enable all other order types and card purchases.
