I’ve not logged into butstamp for while but have managed to get back in while using the website on a laptop…. however both the app and the website on my phone tells me my login information is uncorrect….. is the 2fa somehow not recognised while using my phone?

    Hi! You can reset your 2FA by going to the login page of our website, enter your Customer ID and password and continue to the next step. Then select “reset here” to start the 2FA reset process. Further instruction on how to continue will be shown on your screen.
