Recently was able to recover the email. Now looking to recover my account and balance.

I have tried to reset the password on the account and am not receiving anything have tried many times.

Please help me thanks!

    Getting close to a month now? Why have I not received an update in over a week? Where the wire is? I have sent messages to both Bitstamp-Domen & Bitstamp-Lucas via chat. Awaiting an update from Kristina S. and your team please get back to me as soon as possible.
