Money on Bitstamp DISAPPEARED!

I deposited an amount to Bitstamp, decided to try one of their earn/stake offerings, and the money disappeared!! All 5 figures of it!
I created tickets, I emailed support, and nobody is even reaching out. It’s been a week already!! Is my money gone?

Edit: Added screenshots below. As is clear, my balance is showing 0 after depositing 22 ETH. Still no response from Bitstamp.

    Here’s what’s shown under “Earn”. My balance on the Dashboard is 0 as well.
