My documents are in review for more than a month and my account has been suspended for three months

Can you give me information what is happening with my case. My account has been suspended for three months, and it’s been one month since I uploaded a proof of residency document that is still in pending status. I contacted your support but they don’t give me any additional information. I start loosing hope that something is going to change. This is the support ticket about the case BIT-1828681, opened on 20 of January 😀
