Please help me solve my case #BIT-1813595 (unsolved since January 4, 2024)

[ad_1]

Dear Bitstamp team,

I have completed KYC process one time already, but two months ago, Bitstamp has requested additional KYC information. I have put my best effort and continued to provide everything which was required, but it has now been almost two months and my account remains restricted. The person who deals with my case replies very slow and now a very long time have passed. I really respect Bitstamps services and really would like to get my account back to running as soon as possible. Please if someone could guide me what to do to speed up this process. I do not complain about anything, I only want to know what I must do next to be able to use my account again, as Bitstamp is very important for me. 🙁

Bought some crypto today on Bitstamp. Tried to remove from their exchange to cold wallet storage. Website says I need to call customer service. I called. Was told I need to sign-up for a video call to get withdrawal approval. Strange, but I said OK. They send me an email with a calendar, but there are zero available dates on the entire calendar. When I called customer service back, they said they are aware there are no available dates, hence making withdrawals impossible. Will be reporting to the BBB, SEC, FBI, UK FCA, Interpol and every known social media outlet every day.”

good luck. I have EXACTLY the same issue although I have not had to wait as long.,, yet! I see Bitstamp-lucas has offered to help, I also today DMed Bitstamp-Domen through Reddit t who said he/she would look into my issue. It shouldn’t take a post on Reddit to get support/response. Let’s see if your and my accounts are sorted out. BTW, did you do an online meeting with them?
