On 4 March 2020 (04/03/2020) I started to be unable to use the API.
Without any advice on my email or whatsoever. No warning and **NO ADVICE.**

On 11 March 2020 (11/03/2020) I received the well known email for Account Termination:
” Dear {my name},

After careful consideration, Bitstamp decided to terminate Your access to Your Account in accordance with our Terms of Use. Your account will be terminated from the date of this notice having been received by you. This notice shall be treated as having been served upon completion of the transmission of this email.
The decision to terminate your Account has been reached following a close examination of your recent account activity and information which you have provided. It is our view that any continuation of our relationship would not be appropriate at this time due to internal policies.
Your account balance will be returned to the bank account specified in your last bank withdrawal request, costs withheld.
Cryptocurrencies will be transferred only after conversion into a currency using our spot exchange rate, costs withheld.
Bitstamp will send You the credit balance of Your account, minus the costs (please see our Fee Schedule: [https://www.bitstamp.net/fee-schedule/](https://www.bitstamp.net/fee-schedule/)). However, a number of intermediaries may be involved in an international payment and these or the beneficiary bank may deduct charges. We will use reasonable efforts to ensure that such charges are disclosed to You prior to sending Your payment, however where they cannot be avoided, You acknowledge that these charges cannot always be calculated in advance, and that you agree to be responsible for such charges. ”

Again. No warning and **NO ADVICE AT ALL.**


I can’t login, my account does not exists anymore (my account number was 6…7) ).
Today is 17/03/2020.
I haven’t received any communication after the termination email.
I’ve always deposited EUR using SEPA bank transfers, at zero cost (SEPA bank transfer costs zero and takes 1-2 days).
I expect the costs to receive back my money zero or max 10 EUR.
I checked my bank account and still nothing.

**1. When I’ll get back my money?**

A couple of months ago I provided my passport, copies of my salary, my bank accounts, my full cryptocurrency “story” (I hodl XRP since 2013) with details about a couple of other cryptocurrency exchanges accounts I have (I use 7-8 cryptocurrencies Exchanges).

So, I’d like to receive back my XRP and other cryptocurrncies with a withdrawal to another wallet instead of “”*after conversion into a currency using our spot exchange rate, costs withheld*””.
You can use one of the 2 accounts (GateHub and BitFinex, I think) I already proved to be the owner.
I think it is a legitimate request, I can provide the address publicly, no problem. It’s easy and cost effective.

**2. Can you please return back my cryptocurrencies (at least the XRP) with a withdrawal to another wallet?**
