Do people located in Turkey, but with russian passport, are allowed to use Bitstamp?

    Hi there, unfortunately we cannot offer our services to Russian residents or Russian nationals who do not live and hold a permit of residence issued by a member state of the EU, EEA countries, or by Switzerland.
